This is an authored demonstration of the archive task, not a trucking company’s private records. It exercises shipment joins, duplicate-content identifiers, invalid dates, missing proof-of-delivery checks and a non-destructive rename plan.

Agree the document kinds, naming convention, destination fields and a small representative batch.
Run and inspect
Deliver checked rows, duplicates, unknown references and unreadable fields with a review list. Physical scanning can be supplied separately.

The office pilot starts with a proposed $280 fixed batch and handoff. Its batch size and acceptance checklist are set from the actual material, not guessed from an hourly job ad.
